This CO2 engraving and cutting laser is ideal for engraving, marking and cutting of various materials, such as cutting and engraving acrylic, engraving glass, engrave ceramic and porcelain, cutting and engraving plastic and foam plastic, cutting and engraving wood and wood products, cutting and engraving paper and paperboard, cutting and engraving textiles, marking metal materials and much more. The machine allows clean cuts up to 30 mm thickness of many non-metallic materials, such as acrylic (productive up to 8 mm), full wood and wood products up to 30 mm.

Bare metal surfaces (such as aluminium or stainless steel) can not be processed directly with this CO2 laser engraving machine. You can engrave these surfaces by applying a metal marking fluid, who will be burned-in to the meatl surface while laser engraving. In anodized aluminium or coated metal (such as lacquered brass or aluminium) you can engrave the surface directly by work on the anodized or painted layer. With either method, you get very good results. The markings are highly resistant to mechanical, chemical and climatic infuences. The cutting of metalls is not possible with this CO2 laser machine.

User-friendly and intuitively - the provided control software skylaser 4.2 (German / English /Russian / Czech). The simple, practical and Windows ® user interface let you work quickly and efficiently. The advantage of this laser control software is the high system stability, the professional monitoring of the machine operation and the compatibility with many file formats. The data output carried out by levels - each level separately, including the definition of the sequences and the kind of the machining (engraving or cutting). The parameters, such as laser power and speed, will be saved automatically for each level and can be reproduced at any time.

The ergonomic frontal access simplifies the loading and unloading of unwieldy objects and it guarantees the security level class CDRH 2a (EN60825). Special doors in front and back of the machine allows a pass trough of longer work pieces.

The self-explanatory operating panel allows to work efficiently and increases the productivity of your work by using function keys. With optional accessories, such as like rotary device, you receive the necessary tools to come up all the wishes of your customers.
